Buongiorno’s B!3A is powered by our carrier-grade messaging and CRM platform delivering over 250 million messages a month for more than 1000 campaigns across 120 operator connections. It is the result of more than ten years of investment, a technology which is hugely scalable while also allowing for detailed customization to specific digital platforms. All critical software components have been designed for parallel and cooperative processing. Most of them - such as the Portal Management System, Content Management System, SMTP Server, the Push Scheduler, the Push E-mail and SMS Consumer, the Dynamic Adv Server and Customer DB Server and the loyalty and CRM solutions - support scalability and load balancing. Scalability is based on many independent servers that share the application load thanks to our software architecture and hardware virtualization approach.
