Head of Technology and Delivery

Alessandro Gatteschi is responsible for the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of the Group's service and product portfolio and the operations of the systems and infrastructure supporting Buongiorno's business, coordinating a team of around 250 people based on four main hubs in Milan, Madrid, Marseille and Cape Town and with local service teams distributed over the Buongiorno geographies. He has a strong background in managing large IT-based change programs and building robust service operations factories. Before joining Buongiorno in 2008, Gatteschi worked for more than 25 years in technical, business development and management roles in EDS, FIAT Group and IBM managing business in many international settings.
