Our Management Approach
Buongiorno is a company of enduring strength. Our People
People are our greatest asset; the staff who have powered every service and every product we have launched, people whose personal values drive them to make a difference. We believe in attracting, developing and retaining a base of employees which reflects the diversity of our customers. The facts: 40% of our team members are women, 20 nationalities work in collaboration worldwide, 50% of our senior managers are talents from companies acquired by Buongiorno in the last nine years.
