Mauro
Del Rio
Chairman of Buongiorno
Mauro Del Rio is Founder and Chairman of Buongiorno S.p.A. Prior to
founding Buongiorno in 1999, he had been Senior Strategy Manager at
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), speciali sing in consultancy for
the most important financial institutions and Italian wireline and wireless
telecommunication companies. Before joining Accenture, Mr Del Rio worked
at Ote Telecomunicazioni - the Italian branch of Marconi Group - specialising
in the research and development of the first experimentation of standard
technology GSM in 1989. Mauro Del Rio began his professional career
as a researcher in Cefriel/Politecnico University, where he gained a
Master's Degree in IT in 1988.
Andrea
Casalini
Chief Executive Officer
Andrea Casalini has been CEO of Buongiorno since April 2000. He has
steered the development of the company from a start-up to its current
position as the European leader in Interactive and Mobile Services.
Prior to taking up his position at Buongiorno, Andrea worked with EDS
as president of E.Solutions EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
Previously, Mr. Casalini was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey
and Company in the Milan and Chicago offices, serving clients in several
industries ranging from financial institutions to IT services to consumer
goods. Andrea began his professional career with Andersen Consulting
(now Accenture), specialising in organisation and IT in the banking
sector.
Carlo Frigato
Chief Financial Officer
Carlo Frigato has been Chief Financial Officer of Buongiorno since 2000 and was in charge of Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Legal Affairs. Since January 2007, he is accountable for finance, administration, IR and the relation with Buongiorno HK. Moreover, he is now the CEO of B! Marketing Services.
Prior to joining Buongiorno, he was Senior Manager of Finance at Accenture, where he worked for 7 years, and then worked for EDS for three years as Account Manager for key clients. Carlo holds an electronic engineering degree from the University of Genoa.
Matteo
Montan
Integration Executive Officer
In charge of the iTouch-Buongiorno integration plan, Matteo Montan leads and coordinates the global integration of iTouch and Buongiorno. After being responsible for several years for the design, development and rollout of the Group Product Offering, now drives a comprehensive plan focussing on optimising resources, competences, portfolio of products and services; rationalising technology assets and delivery capabilities and driving overall efficiencies and flawless implementation of the integrated Organisational model.
A journalist, with a degree in Law, before joining B! in 2000 as editor-in-Chief, Mr. Montan has worked for leading Italian newspapers and magazines, being awarded in 1999 "Reporter of the Year".
Lucia
Predolin
IR & Marketing Communications Director
Formerly International Marketing & Communication Director, Lucia Predolin oversees Buongiorno marketing and advertising strategies in all the countries where Buongiorno has offices and activities. Her activities cover both Buongiorno and Blinko brands. She is now responsible also for Investor Relations across the Group.
Mrs Predolin began her career at advertising group Saatchi & Saatchi, where she worked for more than 10 years developing her career both at national and international level making her way to Client Service Director. She received her degree, magna cum laude, in economics and marketing from the Università Cattolica of Milan (Italy).
Pietro De Nardis
Head of Global Market Development & Sales
Pietro leads the sales and business development strategy around the world in B! 7 Regions: Italy & Mediterranean, UK & Int'l, Iberia, France, Latin America, GSA (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) and US. With his strong 7 regional teams, he is responsible for P&L targets, rolling out new services, continuously optimising customer retention and new customer acquisitions strategies, developing long term profitable relationships with Operators and Media partners, as well as assertively imposing the Blinko brand presence throughout the Regions.
One of the founding Members of Buongiorno and formerly President Central Europe, before joining the Company Pietro De Nardis matured significant experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods holding key responsibilities in the marketing dept of companies like Unilever, Barilla and Bolton Group. Pietro received his degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Commerce at the Parma University.
Fernando
González Mesones
Head of Global Marketing, Product & Supply
Fernando leads the Global products & services development and innovation strategies with teams dedicated to B2C, B2O and B2B supported by the Global Contents and licensing team, and leads and manages the B! Technology & Delivery capabilities with a team of 450 professionals around the world. Previously President Americas and Iberia, Fernando González-Mesones joined Buongiorno in 2000 after more than eight years in Procter & Gamble. Fernando holds a Finance, Marketing & Economics Degree from Madrid University and Business case program degree at Harvard Business School. He is also a Professor for the e-commerce courses at the "Instituto de Empresa".
Florence Kaminska
HR and Organization Development Director
Flo, born and grown up in France, has over 15 years of HR experience in high profile international companies. Flo has been based in the UK, in France and in Italy. Graduated from the Tours & Orléans Universities in 1986 and with a Postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management from the West England University, she started off as Personnel Officer at Brann Ltd in the UK. Most recently she was the HR Director for Hewlett Packard Italy, where she had the responsibility for all HR related processes regarding the 2,700 people strong HP Italian organization. In her role, Flo was a key partner and contributor to the top management of the successful HP Italian operations. In the past she was also member of the British Institute of Personnel and Development.
Alessandro Gatteschi
Global Head of Technology and Delivery
Recently appointed as Global Head of Technology and Delivery, Alessandro Gatteschi is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Group's technical operations, coordinating a team of 400 collaborators based throughout the various geographic regions where Buongiorno operates. Before joining Buongiorno, Gatteschi was with IBM for 5 years as their Strategic Sales Engagement Executive and handled the coordination of the company's most important outsourcing initiatives in Europe. Prior to that, he was with FIAT, coordinating the initial phases of the joint venture start-up with IBM, and he worked for EDS for several years, where he managed the IT infrastructure operations organizations for Italian Accounts, coordinating both large-scale technical projects and organizational integration projects. Alessandro Gatteschi, 50, graduated in Electronic Engineering from Turin Polytechnic.
