Gli audiolibri digitali di Goodmood si comprano con Cashlog.

Andrea CasaliniCashlog, la soluzione di Buongiorno per i mobile payment per i merchant digitali, è stata scelta da Goodmood – uno dei principali portali di audiolibri digitali in Italia – come modalità di pagamento alternativo per l’acquisto degli oltre 500 audiolibri in catalogo. Questo è il primo caso in Italia in cui un provider di audiolibri sceglie tra le proprie modalità di acquisto una soluzione di pagamento tramite addebito su credito telefonico.


Gli audiolibri digitali di Goodmood, che hanno un costo compreso fra 2,99 e 15 euro, sono acquistabili attraverso Cashlog senza necessità di lasciare altri dati come nome, cognome o numero di carta di credito. Inoltre, i clienti di Goodmood che acquisteranno più di un audiolibro digitale alla volta, scegliendo Cashlog, potranno usufruire di uno sconto sull’acquisto.


Il mercato degli audiolibri sta vivendo una fase di forte crescita in Italia, nel 2011 le vendite hanno registrato un aumento del 20% rispetto all’anno precedente (fonte Aeda).

Buongiorno finalizes the sale of DioraNews S.A.S. to Sipa News

Andrea CasaliniBuongiorno S.p.A. today finalized the sale of DioraNews S.A.S., a supplier of digital news to telephone carriers in France and certain French-speaking nations in Africa.

In accordance with the strategic refocus on B2C activity, initiated with the acquisition of Dada.net, the spin-off of the B2B activity, and the subsequent sale of Sms.at, Buongiorno has chosen to sell the news reporting business of DioraNews, as it is no longer in line with the new Group strategy.

The activity within the perimeter of sale, which registered revenues of 1.5 million Euro and EBITDA of 0.1 million Euro in 2011, has been evaluated at 750,000 Euro, net of working capital and cash. The settled closing price will be paid sequentially: 450 thousand Euro on the closing date and 300 thousand Euro in December 2012.

Hessem acted as the financial advisor to Buongiorno in the transaction.

Buongiorno optimizes corporate website for Android devices

Buongiorno has launched the Android-optimized version of its corporate website.

Buongiorno averages 1,000 mobile visitors to its website each day, and announced optimization for the iPhone at the end of 2011. Now that the statistics have shown the exponential growth of consultations made from Android devices — rising from 9% in January 2011 to 49.5% last December — the company is launching an optimized version for the Google operating system.

The mobile version of Buongiorno’s corporate website was conceived in HTML5 to guarantee the best user experience possible. When visitors access the website from a smartphone or tablet, they are immediately re-routed to a version optimized for that device.

Andrea CasaliniCashlog, Buongiorno’s mobile payments solution based on carrier billing system, today announced the company surpassed 1 million in m-payment transactions in a single month.

Successfully launched in Italy in May 2011 and rolled out in Spain, Germany and France, Cashlog in less than 9 months has been growing steadily acquiring almost 20 European digital merchants, and has been chosen by over 55,000 customers that used it to buy digital goods.
